Nu Way Real Estate Use Our Money to Make a Fortune Ripoff

Nu Way Real Estate claims they will use their money to purchase and rehab properties, will give you 1% on the front (for finding the properties) and then give you 15% to 35% of net profit (sales prices less cost of rehab and related expenses), BUT you need to give them $5500.00 first. I told the guy that called (someone reading from a script), that I'll take the 1% for finding the properties for them to purchase and would gladly forfeit the 15% to 35% of net profit in lieu of giving them the $5500.00. He replied, "that is not how their orginzation does business, he is just following their instructions", this is after informing me that he has been an investor of the company for 5 years and would give me 3 web-sites to check (so what and for what???), to insure they were a legitmate company. I replied, being a legitmate company was not the issue, the issue was he wanted me to give them $5500.00, before they would use their money to purchase the property. He tried to tell me the $5500.00 was for them to teach me how to find the properties, I informed him that I had a list of properties in hand his organization was looking for, he then replied, if I wasn't willing to give them $5500.00 then he had nothing else to say to me... DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! Properties in foreclosure can be found in any local newspaper, along with amount to settle debt and appraised value of property can be found on the internet or you can contact a local realtor for an estimate of what the property would sell for. I am posting this in hopes nobody falls for this scam.
