This is to inform those who are considering to rent an apartment or a condo in Gainesville, FL. Please be very careful not to get involved with this company named Gainesville Real Estate Management (GREMCO) this is their website www.gremco.com you will find all properties they have. Sundowne apartments, Gator Village, Savannah place, Sunrise Place, Courtney Greens, The Villas At Asthon Square, Summer Place, Addison Place.

They would try to get you at the beginning by offering discounts and other things such as no security deposit. Once you are in, you are trapped, all the things they promised never come true. Hidden fees are their common trick all the time. Once your lease is up, and you decide to leave, they will bill you a huge bill asking you to pay for things that found unfixed and broken at your apartment (even nothing was broken).

And if you have a problem and you try to report it, no one will listen to you since you already a resident which they dont give a sh*t about you anymore and they are busy trying to get new customers. I complained many times about few things that I found broken in my apartment but no one would listen, and I complained about neighbors making noise and no one would do anything about it.

The company hide its identity. Managements are not seen in the properties, all you will see is the girl who work in the office and the maintenance people. My advice is stay away, stay away, stay away from gremco and their apartment, DO NOT get involved.
