Home loan modifications - Chase modification

I applied in JUNE 09 for a home mod through CHASE bank. It is now MAY of 10 and I have had no luck with them. I always call them, in fact I have over 50 calls logged and at least 15 phone numbers for them. They tranfer to me to departments that cant help, or give me information that changes the next time I call. It is so frustrating to reach out for help and have them not give a damn about integrity or honesty in what they say or do.
