Loan Modification - home loan modification

We have been working with Chase since May on a Home Modification. We began making trial payments in June. Now 6 payments later we are still trying to figure out what is going on. Everytime we call its a different person, with a different request. Paperwork has been faxed multiple times only to have a new request a week later. Chase has built two new banks within 10 miles of my house. It seems they have used the governments bail out money to help themselves not the consumers.
