Quicken Loans was the best organization around. I had been informed our final expenses were significantly less than $3000. And so I offered them $500 for an evaluation. Subsequently, they'd our evaluation completed also it was obviously low-balled. They introduced an appraiser from 90 kilometers outside our town. He'd the square footage of our home incorrect.
