We used the Needham branch of Certa Pro. They did a job with the painting itself, but the representative was very uncommunicative. I had to call to ask when to expect the workers, and then they did not come when he said they would. He also did not tell me that they needed an electrical outlet available for the entire job, so I left my screened porch with the outlet locked.instead of calling me to tell me they needed the porch open, they forced their way in. At the end of the job, they billed us for the entire quoted amount even though we already paid 10% for the downpayment.
