Superior - french door inserts

Just wanted to drop a line to show my appreciation for the service i received at the lowes in indian trail nc 2 weeks ago. I went in to order some inserts for my french doors at the rear of my house. The sales person that was working that day was a gentleman by the name of paul meseroll. I gave him the measurements i had taken, and he looked up the product i was after. We found the inserts and he ordered them for me. It took a week and a half for them to come in, and when they did, i was called to come pick them up. Went and got my inserts and waited for a nice day to do the job. Took the old one out, sanded, primed and painted one door only to find out that the ones we ordered were too wide. "now we have a problem. "went back to the store to talk to paul and we both found out that you go by the measurements of the inside glass and not the outside of the frame. I told paul that i have an open door that my wife was concerned about because of the woods and animals that live behind my house. He was very understanding of my problem and went to see if he had a door i could use until my re-ordered inserts would come in. He did not have a door that would fit my house. He called up his manager (mr. Fritz) and was given the go ahead to drive to thomasville nc to get my inserts. Paul got up early the next morning and by twelve o'clock the next day i was installing the inserts.in this day and time it seems that in the retail world that a lot of the bigger box stores don't care about their customers. Well, i am from a small town where great service is what keeps you coming back and in this case, it showed me that some people will still go out of their way for some of the old time values. My thanks to paul and mr. Fritz for the professional manner in which i was treated
