Lately we attempted to shortsale our home having a Coldwell broker. He attempted every sly action to take one of the most out of the offer & lastly the financial institution refused the mortgage for that customer, since our broker caused financing broker which was performing illegal material & the financial institution discovered.

Our problem has become that people want to alter our broker, the coldwell agent don't launch our documents stating we'd authorized a-one year agreement together to listing the home (that will be NOT THE CASE, he never revealed these guidelines around) & the main reason the offer didnt move thru was since him & the mortgage agent (he selected) worked to obtain additional refund in the financing bank without allowing us understand, leading to mortgage refusal in the customers bank.
