Didn't refund my money

Closed an arrangement with Realty Trade-In September to promote our Monarch Holidays timeshare. They assured that they can return our cash, $894, if we didn't obtain an offer from the customer. Just before this we realize that the corporation is just a scam and created many false representations within their site. For example, the sales person that people talked to described they do have rare source of our timeshare, the Monarch Holidays. After I visited their site, there have been advertising many Monarch qualities. We requested to get a reimbursement after six months approved, we didn't obtain any present plus they don't wish to return our cash. We also foudn out that there's a large action suit filed in California for the corporation for misprepresentation costs.
