Paid fee for Sale of Timeshare with no contact after fee was paid

We were approached by realty industry, they (Hal Herrin) informed us he'd have our home hired within three (3) months for $2850.00 after which it'd be offered Thirty (30) days next for $54,200.00. We were guaranteed anything could be offered and completed after just three (3) weeks period or even we'd obtain a reimbursement of our $895.00. We've been attempting to contact and e-mail them for around three (3) weeks. We ultimately submitted a state with this lender due to false representation. We're still coping with our lender since statements realty industry is attempting to express. They delivered a deal in only my title just by which I told them-it needs to maintain both my partners and my title they didn't do that but nonetheless declare we're in violation of agreement since we've not waited the several (3) weeks for that revenue of our timeshare. Today they'll not reply my telephone calls or emails.
