I signed a contract with Realty trade that they would advertize my timeshare for 6 months. If I didn't get a reasonable offer they would refund my $894. At the end of the six months I called them and they said 4 months ago they sent me 3 offers. I got one in Nov. The contract was signed in July. The. One offer they said they would get back to me after the Holidays. Their E-mail was no longer there in late Jan. They sent me the other two offers after the fact. I keep calling them but can't get a. Response even with E-mails and FAX.
