Hal named me from realty industry guaranteed easily might just provide them with $790.00 from my charge card, that my timeshare might market. If it did not market they'd refund our $790.00. I told him i required my cash, and he assured i really could call him anytime. I still have the first sheet of paper that i wrote his info he gave me about the first telephone call. He explained they'd send me a, but before he could have the contract drawed up he'd need my credit card on file. Prior to i actually received my contract and signed it they took the money from my creditcard. I've all the paperwork. I've all the times, the agreements, our credit card record. I expected for my money-back, since for around 5 weeks i'd not seen nothing from their store. After i called and felt like i had been being given the runaround, they explained they'd an offer for me personally. Nicely, they shot me the offer to my mail, i replied to the person with the present, but didn't get no reaction. I tried calling hal many times but without any fortune. I actually tried talking to others to obtain touching him, plus they would just tell me he'd been transferred to another division. I want my money-back, how do you have to start it.
