I initially settled a safety deposit of $350.00 and one more deposit of $695.00 (100% refundable) since I didn't fulfill all the skills. I also settled a dog deposit of $200.00 to get a kitten which was neutered and house-broken. I closed a-13 month lease and compensated promptly through the rent. Our last evening of the rent was March 31. Nowadays, I received my safety deposit of 769.96 which didn't complete to my complete deposit of $1045.00.

The present costs which were released contain the next:

4. Deflea / deo - $ 75.00

I used 7 hours washing the condo to military requirements since I'm before military. Every condo that I've actually hired from offered me the entire deposit due to the type of cleansing. I scrubbed the surfaces, degreased the stove, I vacuumed the rug and scrubbed constitute substance, I bought brand new lamps such as the oven over head lighting, and that I actually bought bright putty to wash up absent spots within the toilet which were formerly there.
