Sonnet Cove Apartments
Apartment Nightmare!

When my husband and I moved to Sonnet Cove, we were promised a lot. For example, timely and effective on-site repair man, clean breeze ways, quiet, peaceful, etc. We have yet to see any of that. What we have seen is repairs that need to be done but aren't, neighbors that scream, yell, and let their small children play in a busy parking lot, disgusting breezeways, bugs, unkept lawns, parking nightmares, screaming and yelling kids, drugs... I can go on and on. This place is truely a nightmare. We are so disappointed, but have signed a 13 month lease. We are stuck. They don't manage their facility well at all.

PLEASE!!! Do not move here!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
It has been one thing after another at Sonnet Cove Apartments. Just read the reviews on the site. Unfortunately, I read them too late.

Another thing they promised is this great boiler/chiller system that keeps it cool in the summer and hot in the winter. It is always breaking down, leaking into our apartment. It's just one disappointment after another for us.
