Loan Modification - Chase modification

After being current on my mortagae payments regardless of being unemployed for 18 months, I submitted a request for a loan modification. I called and confirmed that my documents were received and in order and was told to allow 4-6 weeks for processing. 8 weeks go by and I call and after being bounced around to several departments I finally get the name of my case worker. I left her multiple messages and she never called back. When I finally got someone helpful on the phone I was told that since my paperwork was over 60 days old, that I would have to resubmit all documents and start the process all over again. No one seemed to care that I had submitted everything properly, had followed up several times, etc. So now after resubmitting the documents again I am being told it will take 4 days for the fax to make it to my caseworker (the same one that wouldn't return my calls) and then another 4-6 weeks to process. I have absolutely no faith in this system or this company.
