No notice when mortgage bought 8/08, no regular mortgage claims, incorrect payment of 2009 insurance and taxes, doubled my payment per month, publishing payments into unapplied money, treating funds, getting late charges, returning inspections weeks later, foreclosure t/e 90 notice with no work 91 characters. Common disappointment to actually response characters and faxes updates delivered between 9/08 and 11/09. Mental contracts not recognized at-all
