Ripoff Failure to record payments Failure to pay my property taxes no responses to letters call or faxes

EMC purchased my loan 2 years ago. One, EMC did not notify me that they purchased my loan. My first 2 payments when EMC purchased my loan, were sent by me, to the proevious lender. My previous lender had to contact me to let me know my loan was sold. Three months into EMC purchasing my loan, EMC claimed I owed my past lender money. I contact my previous lender and requested they draft a letter to EMC, which they did, staing I owe nothing. Months past when I received a statement from EMC. This statement showed I then owned over $5,000 for missing payments, fees and insurance. I contacted EMC constantly. I called, faxed letters, mailed letters and could not talk to a live person. I then received a letter (the last 1/2 of the letter was hand written), EMC was changing my monthly payments from $1,040 to $1,700/mo. To cover the fees, etc. I still could not get in touch with anyone.

A few months ago, received a call from a local attorney who had been hired by EMC to "reconcile" my issue. EMC then would not return calls or e-mails from their own hired attorney. I spoke with this attorney 07/10/07 and they have backed out. They say they will never work with EMC again. To top it off, I then received a letter from EMC with the past 2 months of my mortgage payments and their explaination, they will foreclose on my home if I don't pay the $10,000 now due. I have NEVER missed a payment with EMC and have bank copies of both front and back of my checks showing that EMC has indeed cashed all of my mortgage payments.By the way, EMC has not paid my property taxes to date.
