About two months ago we visited hilton head. It's a beautiful region and we loved it. We bought per week through represenatives in the resort. We were guaranteed assist in selling various other units we possessed elswhere in florida. Out salesperson anthony was most helpful and gave us guarantee he had a contact to market our other units and gave us approximately cost we could expect. Someone else contacted us about the selling of the models we possessed. They gave us a cost and told us that people would not sell the units in the cost anthony had previously cited. They stated that spinnakker hotels includes a reputation for promisses they decline after selling their models. We were devistated, because the represenative of spinnakker appeared so honest and useful. We are using our system week at spinnakker, but are sadded incidentally spinnakker does organization if that be truly the event. We'd hoped to possibly purchase additional items if we feel we can trust the represenatives of spinnakker. To date no body has reached us despite our calls to anthony. We'd appreciate an answer from you. We certainly hope this could be resolved, because we were t ruly pleased by where you are.
