Won't Respond to emails

I purchase a chapin sprayer. The unit was new and the box was not opened. I left it sit a few months before I needed to use it. When I opened the box the sprayer nozzle tip for adjustment of spray was missing. I have been emailing the company to see if I could PURCHASE the end so that I can use the sprayer. I am not getting a response. When I tried to call, their hours do not correspond with mine so all I get is a recording to call back. This sprayer is of no use to me, now.
