Sears refusing warranty

I purchased a Trane Heat and air conditioning device from your own organization in March.in those days I bought the additional guarantee.

The heat device is out pretty much every year, and every year I contact Sears and every year they've offered me an inconvenience concerning the guarantee. The guarantee plainly states (Temperature Cool and Condenser). The repairmen came out and fixed the system many times without any cost, but this time around I had been educated in the technician if he found my home he'd need to charge me a payment. I declined the support since I WOn't purchase something which continues to be under warranty.
