Crooked Company trying to get people out of their houses

We'd financing with Flagstar that people had four a few decades once the building business that I had been in experienced the ground. We could obtain a mortgage loan modification with flagstar and anything was just good. We could create our payment per month, when all the unexpected we got informed our mortgage have been offered to Nationstar and we've a notice declaring from flagstar that there could be simply no damaging motion with this specific move to Nationstar. Nicely 30 days after our mortgage was transferred we got a notice declaring that people were likely to be forclosed on if we did not catch-up our back-payments, and they had no documents of any change. The only real change plan they could provide us might create our payment over 2800 per month that was 1000 bucks more per month than our regular cost, which if we could not do this subsequently our only choices were to show the home back to them or forclose about it. Today we're in forclosure procedings. Is not there anyone available controlling this business, or may they fundamentally stop anyone out-of their property they wish to. Who do we call???
