I have experienced a mortgage with Flagstar for four decades now. Lately, I'd modifications in household work and required aid with my mortage. Flagstar Bank delivered me paperwork and incorporated with these files were a notice declaring what I had a need to do to be able to obtain the process moving. Within this notice, they offered me a dollar amount that I'd to pay for which based on the letter involved my 2-1-09 mortgage transaction. Today, I Have been getting telephone calls from Flagstar requesting when I would get this to 2-1 cost. To create a long story short. I had been educated by Flagstar the day about the notice in my experience was wrong. They're not taking responsibility for their errors. They're ostensibly informing me they screwed-up and that I still owe them the 2-1 cost. Additionally they explained they wont renounce the late charge. They're not attempting to accommodate me at-all due to their screw-up. Won't ever conduct business together on any degree again... They handle their clients like Garbage. They do not care.
