I've attempted 3 times since March to change my mortgage. The very first time I had been refused simply because they (ASC) miscalculated my regular costs by over $5,000. Despite I talked for them and stated it was a mistake on the part-they stated too poor and that I would need to resubmit the data (difficult vessel notice, paystubs, monetary data, w 2is, tax-return). I did so this in May. After calling them for 2 weeks, in September they stated that today I qualified to get a government-sponsored plan but they required all my paperwork to be resubmitted. I did so this quickly.in June I had been delivered paperwork again stating I had been certified to get a "test change" for 3 months and had a need to publish more paperwork.in November I again named to determine how issues were heading and was informed to become patient. I called again in January after being informed to maintain submitting funds when I had completed in Oct., Nov. And Dec. I did this for January and Feb. I talked with a one on February 3 who nevertheless did not understand something. Any time you contact you talk to another person within the call-center who cannot provide you with any info. After I might request to talk to a boss, they'd move me but no body actually acquired, and that I might maintain making voice-mail communications AND NOT obtained a call-back.
