Relinquishing my timeshare

After my spouse died nearly 2 yrs before, I had been left with unsurmountable obligations and informed Stone Hotels that I really could no further spend the fees and desired to surrender the home back again to them.

I never received any term back out of this demand except to get significantly more than six telephone calls seeking maintenance costs which were due and two-letter threatening me with appropriate action. They don't worry about the customer. They just wish to gather their valuable fees. Should you ever attend a timeshare speech from Stone Hotels, do yourself a benefit, nor attend. They'll hassle you till you possibly purchase or attempt to preserve you filled with every accessible salesperson and remove valuable holiday period from you. This type of person birds!!!
