We've existed in Redwood Estates MHP possessed by Hometown America because the early 80's. We've observed numerous supervisors come and proceed but Neighborhood may be the worst. The supervisors they've used threaten foreclosure over anything. Items that former supervisors apporved they'll consider one to judge over. They lettheir workers and suppliers frighten and threaten abuse towards the tenants. If you were to think that Neighborhood cares guess again. These folks perform when plowing snow and remove skirting, split taillights in vehicles and also have a tenant using the plow while he was shoveling. I really could proceed and on-but please think hard before getting into any Neighborhood America MHP inless you're a illegitimate you then will soon be correct athome.
