Incompetent manage

Shifting out-of my device I completed the small "re-locate notice" card and place my move-out day as 2/18. Our statement was due about the 14th. My fiance moved us out in early stages the 13th, did the walk-through using the supervisor and ensured the system was vacant, returned in to the workplace where some clients arrived in, and also the supervisor began assisting them out while dealing with my fiance. The manger told my fiance he was all set so he quit. The supervisor named us about the 18th and established that people were transferred from the device. But we did not believe something of it. Today additional room is attempting to cost me for that 4 times that people were not actually there since we were suppose to obtain a bill when he did the walkthrough using the supervisor. I attempted to nicely show the supervisor he did the walkthrough with him about the 13th but didn't get a bill. He swore down and up this is how it certainly is completed with every client. I told him I am confident it's, but this time around there is an error and we have to repair it. Therefore I questioned how can we repair it. He stateis I actually donot understand m'am. Then I ask him are not you the supervisor and he says yes, but he does not believe it may be set. And so I named the "800" customer support #, where I told him the entire scenario. He explained it wasnot correct and being that I wasnot hollering at him after I told him, he offered me the organization quantity in Utah. Wherever I quit them a note and am today waiting on the call-back.

Today I am aware that no body is ideal which all of US make errors but why cannot a realize that and atleast attempt to repair them. He is clearly unable to assist numerous clients at once and perhaps he really should not be controlling something similar to a storage table, where there's often only one or 2 people behind the counter to hold back on numerous clientis arriving at the same time. Just beware whenever using the supervisor @ additional room storage in WPB on Southern Blvd.
