First and for most HORRIBLE customer service, I find it extremely disrespectful that I can not get a call back from The Brick's head office or even an email after numerous attempts in trying to contact them. I have too many issues with the service we've recieved and the problems we've had with our furniture and I'd greatly appreciate a call back to discuss this before I go public, because it's getting absolutely ridiculous. We spent $7000 with The Brick and chose them to furnish our home, although we've had nothing but problems. This will be our 5th dresser exchange as they all come in incredibly damaged, I've taken two days of work now to accomodate this screw up and much more, I want a call back ASAP. Thank you
