Mortgage exercise from Hell

From March I had been attempting to exercise a cost strategy and change with Wells Fargo. They decided to this throughout a 3-way discussion with Auriton Solutions. I sent the three bits of data required on numerous occasions and delivered and sent an Avidavit. Every time I named it had been someone different, quite often moved, various figures, various addresses. I was informed that some products were absent or too outdated and also to resend. On June 3oth I talked with the adviser. I required his title, worker quantity and nuber to deliver the necessary paperwork to when I was fed up with documents being dropped. I delivered as requested, and called back as he requested. I had been never ready to locate him again. I quit communications and not obtained a call-back.in mid-July I named and was informed the home have been in love with July 1st. I've been attempting since to obtain funding or help stay in my home. There's no help be had. On January 4th my home turned the home of Wells Fargo. The quantity of cash to receive might have been just as much or even more compared to the home might market for. They declined cost on Feb 4th, which may have now been per week overdue. I obtained a check mid-March for 2700.00 that they ceased cost the following week and reissued a look for $ 850. (est) Through the following weeks these were reluctant to discuss by any means with anybody I'd contact them. Nowadays I named to talk to a worker whose title was on the notice I received today. I had been used in a who declined to direct me towards the individual. I had been informed the home was Foreclosed, they had no cause to talk to me. This home never must have been Foreclosed upon. It's seemed this organization has desired to consider this home right from the start. Are they obtaining profit type of Government payback or tax reduction? It smells as if there's a gain below for them, normally why could they not consider funds or attempt to discuss in the place of consider the home?
