Loan Modification Fiasco

I've been dealing with Wells Fargo on the mortgage loan modification since March. Before this mortgage loan modification, my credit rating was 802 and that I had never overlooked a payment or created a late-payment. I named in March to ask about lowering my RATE, which might reduce my regular mortgage transaction. I reside in Illinois and also the property industry below has had a big success; making me upside down in my own mortgage (home worth has fallen 32% in last 1 5 years).
