Our customers, attempted to refi with Wells Fargo, to no prevail. They were compelled to market their property, I'd decreased the property since detailing it till we'd a great customer for that property. At the moment the home had fallin into foreclosure statis. We'd a completely authorized customer for that home, to wherever Wells Fargo might have been compensated entirely and my customers might have obtained about $5000 in the purchase. I required a postponement about the Trustee Purchase from Wells Fargo, in order to shut this deal and spend them Entirely, all I desired was 4 more business days. Alternatively after several faxes to WELLS FARGO and several telephone demands they dismissed our demands and foreclosed anyhow, nevertheless the home reverted back again to Wells Fargo, and about the day of the Trustee purchase, we required that WELLS FARGO rescind the foreclosure and permit us to shut the escrow, spend them entirely and take away the Foreclosure off my customers credit rating. WELLS FARGO foreclosed with this home since it had equity, but has permitted several to reside in qualities for over annually without any funds if it's no equity. Our customer retired in the Navy after two decades of support, and discovered no CAREERS in San Diego. I have fought with WELLS FARGO with this issue for over per month, and obtain no react with no aid.
