Fed Up - Mortgage Loan

I have been experiencing like everyone else the same complaints of harrassment from Greentree Services. I have told them several times not to call my work to get hold of me and to call my cell phone and leave a message. What do they do, call my work at least 5 times per day and hen in addition my cell phone for another 6 times over and over. I cannot accept their calls during the day and they have had me shaking and not wanting to answer the phone. I have had them call my mother in law three times per day, my mother who knows nothing about my financial obligations. At one time they called and told her they received my number by me contacting them from her phone which was not true. When I did talk with them and told them not to contact me any longer, they would not answer me and I heard them hang up on me. If I can file harrassment charges against them somewhere I would gladly do it. Furthermore, they have my loan up over $5,000 because of late charges that they just keep tacking on to the payment. I purchased my house 15 years ago with a loan of $125,000, my loan is still $125,000 with $5,000 in late fees. How can they get away with this?
