Failure to follow through on commitment

I chose Protect America after reading their ads and talking ot a sales rep. I was assure this was an easy process. Let me assure you, this is not plug and play. They sell you the product and try to get you into the 3 year commitment even when the product isn't working because they haven't sent you what you need to get it installed. I wrote to the CEO and have heard nothing in response. This is a prime example of buyer beware and "if it sounds too good to be true..." Make sur you have a router at the ready and your track shoes on when you try to install this system! Also, be ready for some unexpected charges!
