Paid them $995 in March, now property has been "seized" by mortgage co

My spouse and that I settled these folks $995 in March, to obtain our mortgage repayments decreased. We delivered them a lot of data they claimed they required. We've gotten small conversation from their website. At the moment we were just obtaining selection words in the mortgage business. Subsequently in July, we obtained a "forclosure" notice in the mortgage firm's lawyer. We'd been informed from the above organization to allow all communication be through them-and to not spend until advised to. Today, by July 12, we've obtained a notice of "seizure" and "sale" on our home. We've until July 5, to locate a way to avoid it. The mortgage firm claims they've never noticed in the above organization regarding our mortgage. We've a duplicate of the suit filed from the Federal Trade Commission against FLM Law Center in May, alledging "scam" and several other activities.
