We attempted to obtain a refinance together in july of 09 we were informed we were pre-approved plus they did not notice any issue with-it nicely they got an appraiser thru westside evaluation and he was within our house region so he arrived and did the evaluation we'd to cover it

He then screwed-up about the evaluation and we caused give america for a few months to try and take action all of this period they kept showing people it had been the appraisers problem they might not enter touch with him ultimately Once they did they held placing us down after a few months they informed us they couldn't get it done the home didn't assess for enough He did not actually acknoowledge a few of the issues within our house that will have created the evaluation more I don't recommend them to anyone
