Harbor Funding Group / Bill Lange, was outlined like a favored companion for that creator/contractor, International Community Development, LLC/Leslie Young. Evidently, Harbor Backing Team didn't supply the dedicated financing to International Community Development, LLC so that as it ended up, it didn't occur.
