One more report of an apparent rip-off and failure of Bill Lange to perform.
Invested $19,000 as a deposit for new construction in Florida 10 months. Funding was arranged from Mr. Lange through a third party. Funding has not occurred despite Mr. Lange's assurances that it was forth coming.
The money I sent to a Title company was sent to a lawyer for the "provider" of the funds. The provider of the funds from whom Mr. Lange was to obtain his funds for the project is "confidential".
Where is the deposit money? I think I have been scamed.
