Sterling Investment Solutions took $7990.00 for two seperate loan modifications neither of which were ever completed. I paid this company in Nov and to date there are no loan modifications completed. The company refuses to refund my money even though we have a binding contract with a so called "money back guarantee". I have contacted them numerous times requesting a refund with no avail. I have filed compliants with numerous companies such as this as well as the DRE to prevent this from happening to other people. This company illegally represented themselves and was not in compliance with the DRE. They still are not operating completely legally. I just want my money back. I am a retired man with little income. I need this money to provide for my sick wife and take care of our household.
