Jaffa neubaum & excel loan modifications are just a bunch of thieves. Companies like this should be put in jail for robbing the general public!

I signed up with Excel Loan Modifications on 8/13/09 and paid 1k for a loan modification. Jaffa Neubuam is a fraud and did nothing as promised or paid to do. My contract says if she does not get me a loan mod then my money is 100% refundable. I found out by my lender that the only thing they sent in was an authorization letter and my loan mod was denied on 9/22. I requested a refund over a week ago and still have not received my money. I have reported her to the attorney general and the BBB. Please beware of this fraudulent company and do not do business with them. They will take your money and do nothing for it. This is called stealing!!! Buyers beware...
