Loan Transferred Repeatedly With F Rating at Better Business Bureau

Our loan was transferred to MGC last year, then transferred to GMAC, then back to MGC just this month. Last year, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau - they have an 'F' rating with the BBB, by the way.
