When we first dealt with Home2Let in they seemed like a good company and we had no problems as such. However, after 3 years, we suddenly began getting demands for visits. These demands were for times and dates convenient for the company and not for us. We discovered during the time that our boiler was barely legal and should have been replaced meaning that the company had endangered our lives including our two children and then the company refused to replace appliances although this was part of the contract.
Now, almost a month after moving out of their property, we are still waiting for the refund of the bond as well as the refund of money for an extended tenancy which was not fulfilled as we were asked to leave not long after paying the money for a further 18 month tenancy.
We were either ignored or harassed by the chauvinistic boss of the company.
We do not think these are the methods of a professional company and would not recommend them to anyone, especially anyone with a family.
