False/misleading sales tactics/BBB

We own Festiva utilization every additional year (EOY) and after being pressed to alter to point-system, we desired to update to "each year" (EY) BUT we required NOT TO update if we could not get funding THAT THEY were likely to organize. They DECIDED we're able to remain EOY and also the revenue man published our AGED agreement quantity on the type. Long story short, whenever we couldn't be finaced, they improved us to EY anyhow.
