Clown suited by festiva in branson

My wife and i purchased a vacation package from festiva resorts on a vacation in 2006. Per our contract we would recieve a free week every other year. We also received festiva resorts vip charter membership, yipeeee!!! Yeah right. We bought in the yellow time but our sales rep told us that since we are vip's that yellow and red does not matter. Also we could sell our free weeks to pay for the maintanance fee. We paid the first maintanance fee but was told we could not sell our week to pay for future fees. It has been two years and we have not used any time or festiva resorts because the vip charter membership is not worth the paper it was printed on. We were also told our free week in branson (our home resort stormy point) was the first nine weeks of the year. Who goes to branson in jan or feb. I made multiple calls to festiva and summerwinds (the sales marketing company that sells for festiva) no help at all. When we completed the sales process in aug of 06 festiva gave my wife and i a bottle of wine what they needed to give us is big red boots and a red nose because we got clown suited by festiva. If any one goes to branson think before you buy. There is a song titled tears of a clown if you buy you will cry a river. Remember the next clown suit could be yours if you buy from festiva
