Wells Fargo Employees Sharron Cecil, Chris Bice, Ms. Marshall, Ms. Parker have asked me to not pay and pay late to get a Home Affordable Modification.

The reason behind it is FRAUD. The Home Affordability Program Enacted March 4 guidelines indicate that banks get more incentives when a customer is in default and less incentives when they are current.
