In contract, states that he will install trim around doors & windows after tile was installed on slab. Tile work is poor & he said he will rectify the poor work by shoddy workers. I paid him $700. For tile& $1100. For installing tile. Then i paid him to have a cabinet custom door made for $280. Then i loaned him $200. Twice. He has been putting me on the back burner for the past two months. I asked him to deliver the trim & cabinet door, & i would install myself, but he keeps putting it off. I am afraid he will not honor this contract. He is not answering his cell phone. Last time he was in my house, he took all his tools. I am 75 yrs. Old & have never came across anything like this. He was also supposed to fix a rain leak in house so that i could finish sheetrocking in that area. That has not been done.
