Craig M. Laverty took money from me after I caught together with his company, Options Running, LLC, to discuss mortgage adjustments on 4 rental houses I own. Their state was possibly mortgage loan modification or forensic review. Soon after getting all of the files and getting my cash I had been educated that my bank didn't provide mortgage adjustments on mortgages that aren't delinquent (which none of mine are). Which should have now been examined quickly before anything was taken from my banking account. The negotiator stated she'd handled my bank for quite some time plus they never provide mortgage adjustments. Therefore Remedies Home understood this and got my income. After I required a reimbursement, that the agreement enables, the notice in the Lawyer, Craig M. Laverty, states they provided a "short-sale" of the qualities, that will benot what we expected for. So that they achieved that goal. They did NOTHING
