Hadndled poorly botched reservation

I called and reserved an area with tnt comprehension it was a period share becuase i had been buying great deal

I named then on dec 29th and reserved for your 30th and the 31st, i acquired off function early and packed and my husband and that i began for gatlingburg/pigeon forge to get a new years party and it also was his birthday

I'd sent the resort becuase i'd not receieved a, i also known as but was unable to get ahold of anybody,

But i respected i'd one after talking with lisa and additionally the boss sheri

After arriving in pigeon forge i eventually called the hotel and he explained no such title had a reservation... I had been shocked and unhappy to express minimal

He gave me several the wrong amount, but anyway it was a resort and they'd use of concerns, subsequently i then found out they'd booked it the incorrect day

Currently to obtain my money-back i've to speak with tnt... It's january 2nd and that i still haven't heard from anyone at tnt.
