Deposit and complaints

I am being charged my deposit and more for things that I don't believe are my fault. I have lived in this apartment for 11 months and they are telling me that it is my fault the tub peeled and that they had to replace the carpent because of bleach spots that are so small I didn't see them when I went through the aprtment. I know this is my first apartment and I know that I probably wouldn't get my deposit back I didn't do the greatest job at cleaning and there was a golf ball size hole in the wall from the cable outlet. My girlfriend and I just had a baby and I had to take a cut in pay and I couldn't afford to stay there anylonger and had to move home with my parents. When my girlfriend and I were done with the aprtment we went to the management and asked to do a walk through and waited and waited for someone to do that walk through with us and the management said oh no your ok, so we left and we left and my mother was so upset because she told me that they could come up with so many things that you didn't do and make you pay for it. Well she was right. This was my first time renting and a big lesson for me, but I do not have that kind of money to pay them it I did I would of stayed there. My complaints that I had while living there really never got address, window came off the walls where the window stays in and the fridge always leaked and the maintenance man would come in and use a blow dryer every time he came to the aprtment. They manangement came into my home looking for a 50 dollar late fee and my girlfriend was naked and we had a new baby, We didn't owe the 50 dollar late fee and I thought it was in appropriate for them to just walk into my place without knowlegde. I alway paid my rent on time and they never had anyproblems with us. I just can't pay this money they want from us and I really don't think I should have to pay for this because I don't think those problems were mine and since they didn't do the walk through with me, I think as they said took pictures I don't care I wasn't there for them to show me what the problems were. I know that I probably owe them the 250.00 deposit and I except that but not 400.00 more on top of my 250.00. This is just not right
