I've among the Globe/Wachovia home loans that drops underneath the subprime/preditory lending behave Our credit is within the bathroom since I've been attempting to match the loan funds, was informed that my loan was convertable to repair price with no paperwork having to be submitted with no price to me, when I visit exercise the choice I'm informed by my agent (At Wachovia, the main one one did the mortgage) the choice isn't open to me. And so I attempt to refinance my mortgage to some mounted 30-year and am refused since my debt to revenue percentage would be to high (and of course my home has become $200k inverted) and so I requested for an expansion to repay what small debt I owed and so I might carry down the amount and strangely enough I'm refused again... Using the same clarification "Debt to revenue to large" WTF is goin on here? Please feel to email me with how and what I will do to repair this issue. Mas@ostari.com
