I began the agreement with Option Home Guarantee (choicehomewarranty.com) on 10/27 addressing HVAC and producing one-time cost of $344 for that agreement lasting twelve months. On 12/02 2 models (heaters) quit working. I approached Option with fix request. The specialist was delivered on 12/03 to complete the analysis – handle panels must be changed. Option declined a fix without extra paperwork. The next files were posted:

• house examination record completed upon buying the home

• analysis/appointment of the HVAC programs completed on 07/27

• fix and appointment of the HVAC programs completed on 06/26

After several telephone calls and 2 weeks without any warmth, the client consultant from Option: Ralph Stillwater mentioned the fix couldn't be address because:

• “it is peculiar that two of the methods crash within the same time”

• “there isn't any day about the doc from 6/26” though it is published

• “there isn't any signatures about the bill from 06/26” Despite the fact that is claims about the bill that it's a bill and also the credibility could be confirmed by calling the organization that did the fix/appointment support on 6/26. Ralph Stillwater mentioned that “no organization is likely to be contacted”.

• “there are several inconsistencies in provided documentation”… without any added responses offered.

I have to include that coping with this person (organization) was the toughest customer support expertise. Imagine repetition. Yelling, creating tales that not include up…. “the administration must evaluate your files…” and than 5 sec. Later ”oh…. It just jumped on my display that the state was denied…”. I expected for that supervisor often but never no body was available. He was blaming me of getting very long time delivering the paperwork where actually they (or he) weren't responding to my faxes, e-mails and telephone calls. The faxes were being dropped and that I needed to resend the paperwork. I thought want it really was premature, reckless, unprofessional, rip-off one individual store.
