Poor/deceptive customer service

We got out of our adjustable home loan into a different loan program not typically offered with other companies. After 4 months our loan payment went up $1000. I finally got a hold of someone and asked what had happened. They said because the euqity in my house had dropped because of the falling market that I no longer qualified for this program. No one at any time ever informed me this was a possibility and no one contacted me when it happened. I feel their were very deceptive and took advantage of our tough situation we were in. My parents rffered us and were supposed to receive $500. They never have and their calls are never answered or returned. I just want to warn others don't trust them or do business with them because they will take advantage of your struggles and tough times.
